Young 15-year-old Marivita (an Australian girl) has an unrecognisable mark starting to engrave into her hand over time. She doesn't know what is causing this and she won't get her answer till her mother makes her come on an unexpected visit to Columbia. Meanwhile, in the Madrigal household, an unexplained door appears in their 'casita'. Everyone wants to be the one to find out what it is but sometimes mysteries stay unsolved.

Y/n Madrigal has lived with her family ever since her mother left her on their doorstep when she was six months old. After Alma disowned her son for having a child out of wedlock and with the very woman she forbade, he decides to leave. The weight of the prophecy and his family's disappointment weighing too much. Y/n was always looked down upon, everyone waiting for her to turn evil like her father. And when the Encanto is put in jeopardy it could be her chance to prove herself, but will it cost her life?

"Mi Carámbano" is an Elsa x Isabela Madrigal fic taking place during the events of the first 'Frozen' movie & one year before 'Encanto'. -------- Isabela Madrigal was blooming flowers for the town when & an odd wind pattern picked up her flowers. She became distracted by it & followed. Isa's youngest sister, Mirabel, had also seen the patterns. Their abuela witnessed Isa pushing off chores to 'dilly-dally' with her sister & now angrily trailed after them. A few strange magical moments later- Isabela, Mirabel, & their abuela were pulled to a land foreign to them. Flags of indigo & emerald waved high & mutterings of coronation ran thick. Officials flooded the docks, gates opened, & the festivities didn't end. Excitement was so heavy that none noticed three faces being dropped off by a... water horse? Though bells rang & people cheered, Elsa was petrified. Her social life had been sorely limited for the past thirteen years, & today it all changed. She refused to let her people, & her sister, down. She rehearsed time & time again, but couldn't restrain the ice. What if they all saw? What if she's not ready? What if Isabela & Elsa meet, learning all the things they have in common? Hence why it's called fan-FICTION. I'm also not glossing over or replacing any themes in Frozen or Encanto. I'm doing my best to still highlight those separate stories as well as aspects of Isa's heritage, and a story of wlw love.
