Lost on the path of life, follow eight souls as they try to navigate their survival through the corrupt world they reside in. A Wonderlandian Pastiche. When he's brainwashed into thinking he's a steampunk Mad Hatter, Esther must disguise herself as a steampunk Alice to rescue him. Then they must weave through magic and mayhem to get out of the vast and seemingly endless mazes of the magical realms the mads try to control. Can they get back to the real world before Nick Sardine can escape? Part mystery, part sci-fi, part fantasy, and with a little romance, the twists and turns seem endless, especially once the self-proclaimed Pantheon begins to see that the world they created is crumbling all around them.

The year is 1976, a group of scientists were fixated on the psychology of fear, their creations were soon to be put in children's homes unknowingly, but their creatures had to look convincingly normal. However, the one thing nobody knew was the dark story behind them and what they've really been through. note: I recommend this to readers above the age of 13 years old as some topics might be disturbing for younger readers (unless you're brave). This story might have some horror elements but I'd say it's more mystery/thriller/sci-fi. The characters in it don't exactly speak, the book does have writing ofc but it only says what happens. The characters don't actually have their own dialogue.
