Flash fiction story that I wrote in honour of spooky season.

Rebekah Harkness had had just about enough of the people of Rhode Island. It's the 60s. She's rich, widowed and just wants to have fun. She can deal with being called 'middle class,' she can deal with the never-ending noise complaints. She can deal with the town talking about her unconventional reputation. Hell - she can deal with being blamed for her late husband's death. But what Rebekah can't deal with is her neighbour stabbing her in the back. A collection of short stories I have written, length varies. Some stories may be connected between each other. Some may be vent, and some may be based off of personal experiences. Please do not judge the content in this book, unless you are giving constructive criticism on my writing skills.

Short horror story, 1304 words, read when bored haha Dad always told Thomas and I that Aunt was crazy. She constantly called us telling us that someone was after her. That someone wanted to kill her. And one day, that someone did. Suicide, they called it. Crazy old lady has nothing more to live for. Just an insane person she is. But was it?

Taylor said that it was up to us to pass these stories down, so I'm just doing as told. Walk through the stories of the characters that have the faces of stories you've walked through. Walk through a high school love triangle, myths, fairy tales, childhood stories, lost loves, and haunting memories.

In this narrative, the protagonist reflects on the death of their mother, which occurs during the Mongolian lunar New Year, Qakhan Saar. The story captures the tension between family traditions and personal struggles, especially the strained relationship between the protagonist's parents. As the family travels to visit relatives in the snowy town of Amgvlang, the mother remains dutiful and caring despite ongoing marital conflicts. However, upon arriving and ascending the stairs to their relatives' apartment, the mother suddenly and unexpectedly dies. This tragic event is depicted as a moment of fleetingness, like a crystal snowflake, and the protagonist grapples with the loss, likening death to a "plumed serpent" that gently takes loved ones away while protecting the bereaved from complete despair.

The ravings of a mad woman.

Nova Von West was 13 when Tyler Hart, the leader of the most dangerous and royalist family in the city of Las Vegas and the state of Nevada, killed her mother, Lily West. Why? You might ask. Well the West family is the second most powerful family, following closely behind the Hart family. You'd think the two most powerful families would work together to have power over all the others but no. Not these families. They hated each other with all 206 bones in their body. There was always blood between them. People would often get hurt. What happens when Nova is forced to learn self defense and combat to seek her revenge? Will she go mad during her mission and will she take it too far? Or will she fail and fall in love instead?

Yeah... He sure is used to girls clinging on him, wanting him, seducing him, beg him to love them... But non of them was like this one. She wasn't begging nor asking, she wasn't being nice nor sexy to attract his attention... She was ORDERING him to love her because she loved him, and damn.. She wasn't even rich, she was a poor street rag ordering one the richest young entrepreneurs in the country, Dantan Denzel on something he never had time for, Love. She's actually something he had never seen, that's where the drama begins.

They mocked him because his mother was a mad woman, but everything changed when they discovered who his biological father was. Joshua was quite handsome, intelligent, and smart, but it brought him so much pain and misery because he outshined his foster brother in almost everything, including love. They both fell for the same girl in school, but she chose him instead. Because of that, he was maltreated and abused at home. And when the truth came out that he was never a true member of the family, that he was actually born by a mad woman, things became worse. The whole school mocked and laughed at him. "Born by a mad woman" even became his nickname. Is his girlfriend still going to accept him, or will she break up with him and follow his brother? Meanwhile, the mad woman in question had been missing since his birth, but he was determined to find her for answers and maybe... Have a real happy family with her. So he embarked on the journey to find her. A lot happened on the way, many secrets were uncovered, and when his biological father came into the picture, everything changed.
