When the Noldorin heir crossed paths with a shy Vanyarin maiden amid a lush forest, their lives were altered forever. Shortly after the Nirnaeth Arnoediad, Maedhros has a disturbing dream that depicts himself and his beloved. After hoping that the dream is not a sign of fate, this leads to a reminiscence of their past and, unfortunately, reminds him of how much he yearns to see her again.

Maglor has lived through the centuries, going from place to place trying to keep the fact he's an elf and immortal a secret. He does not want to repeat what happened to him before. However, his quiet life is about to be uprooted when he's called on a special case to check something or rather someone out. This story has been inspired by an artist on DeviantArt named greenapplefreak's amazing comics about elves in modern times. A poem for Maedhros and his struggles about the choices he had to make. About the how he had to choose between the Oath and his morals.

A short free verse poem about the tragic death of Maedhros. The loss of his life brings an end to another Silmaril, one of three jewels that he, his father, and brothers swore to take back from the evil Dark Lord Morgoth. This was originally a found poem written for school, inspired by phrases from the short story "To Build A Fire" by Jack London. After it was marked, I altered the words a little to make it much more Tolkienesque :D

Before the lies, before the Silmarils were crafted, Fingon and Maedhros grew up together in the blessed lands of Valinor. Now that they are in Middle-earth, new challenges await them to face the Dark Lord. Many thoughts- good and bad, run through Fingon's head as he stands before the mountain Thangorodrim to rescue his cousin from the chain that holds his wrist in bondage.

Yet, now they have a choice: do they help Fingolfin and those who are following him across the Helcaraxë and change the course of fate.
