Jean Havoc and Riza Hawkeye was ordered to keep on eye on Ed as Roy did some research where the boy came from and how he came in the military's headquarters. He doesn't exist in the current world.

Fifteen years ago Maes Hughes was murdered in the phone booth. Fourteen years ago Gracia and Elicia Hughes disappeared and were proclaimed dead. Those were two facts in Roy Mustang's life until he receives a phone call proving them to be lies. What's going to happen when everyone's lives going to get flipped on their heads by the return of an old enemy and a long-lost friend?

But the long years have taken their toll on Edward Elric, and he is no longer quite the same, doesn't hold exactly the same values and has become bitter and more withdrawn than how his sixteen year old self used to be. Devastated by the lost of her family Violet decides one night to use the Alchemy she learned from her father and perform the ultimate sin of "Human Transmutation" to bring back her family. In the end, it failed, and now she has no memories of her past. Being found by Fuhrer King Bradley she placed into the care of Roy Mustang and became the first female Stat Alchemist in the Military. Now, because of certain events, Violet keeps having film clip flash backs of what could be her past. Determined to figure it out she might discover how and who caused the train explosion that claimed the life of her family and maybe find something else along the way. It was a normal mission. Dismantling fighting rings was routine for M'staeng at this point. What was not normal was getting himself captured on one of those missions, but that was fine. H'kye killing him when she inevitably rescued him scared him more than anything the Homn'cli could do to him. It wouldn't be too bad. Of course, he didn't expect for the Homn'cli to have captured a fucking human, much less make them his cellmate. Sharing a cage with a species considered death incarnate wasn't how M'staeng saw his imprisonment going. Death incarnate was...surprisingly small.

All Ed wanted to do was read some goddamn alchemy books. How was he supposed to know it would've ended up like this, what kind of person Tucker was? He'd just wanted to help his brother and now he wasn't sure his brother would ever know it was him again. (Or: Ed gets himself transmuted instead of Nina. He ends up significantly more animal than expected. Now, he needs to figure out how to tell his brother who he is, Al needs to find out where his brother disappeared to, and Mustang just wants to know why this cat hates him so much).
