In fact, it was anything but. Her mother would tell her that the moment she was born, the world stood still. Not a single wave crashed, there was not a strike of lightning. However, what her mother failed to reveal to her was something much, much darker. She had always known she was different from the other kids in her village; given, having a mother with psychokinetic powers, you're bound to be different. However, she wasn't aware what dangers faced her for being different and even greater than that, she didn't know how much of a danger she'd be to others. On a quest of love, loss, revenge, and discovering the purpose that was laid out for her before she was even born, Calypso fears she may not only lose herself, but her humanity.
