They grew up being tested on, tortured, etc. Eventually their parents who just happened to be the top members of that Mafia throw them away because they show no signs of anything. Little do they know they have released unstoppable weapons into the world. Not only that but being shitty parents made them HATE them. When they get older they all form their own Mafia. They swear a promise to overthrow the 'Night Hallows' to not only stop them from killing more children but also to get revenge on them for what they have done.
