Things have been going alright in Niigo 25. Although, Mafuyu still didn't want to come home after the sudden breakout between her and her mom. The others have been worried about her but Ena wasn't gonna let Mafuyu's mother have it.

1946. tw : war, depression, cigarettes, alcohol. the war has ended in japan, leaving the country in a state. ena's father was killed during the war, and her brother akito is yet to return, causing her mother to go into a great state of depression. ena is fairly popular at school, but feels extremely empty inside. she encounters a light-hearted person, mizuki, who seems too happy and too calm about the situation. what if mizuki is hiding something? what if, under those clouded eyes, there is a void of regret and secrecy?
