A young boy discovers a strange ability after a run-in with some bullies.

A story that follows four young adults trying to save the world but aren't sure what they are saving it from. Alan, a sorcerer struggling to follow the instructions of a dragon from his dreams. Alan ends up forming "The Chosen" devoted to finding this "Chrono". He just hopes this isn't a mistake Bow, a hunter attempting to hide the truth of her curse. She's deathly afraid her newfound friends will find out her secret. Robo, a mercenary just doing what he's told even if it kills him. Which he thinks it will. After an excruciating transformation into the person he is now Robo must serve his god blindly. Robo is willing to sacrifice whatever needed to get the job done. Quil Ravon, a creature dressed in a plaque doctors outfit who's asked the wrong questions and found the right answers that distorted her into something unrecognizable. Not human nor monster. The setting of the sun was masked by the shadowed clouds weaving themselves into the darkening sky. Whispers of wind warned any alive beings in reach, the process had already begun. A lone man stood there, the cape flapping behind him as the winds whisked around his frame. His eyes fixed onto the unknown phenomenon that was occurring before him. All was silent until the screeching of mythical beings ensued. They cried and screamed as the world was torn apart from its very foundations, the dimensions shifting to accommodate the destruction and rebirth of the worlds. The Mage was still there unable to move as his magic shielded him from the death and destruction brought on by the winds of change. Howling dragons in the distance shook the world's very base with their screams, the rebirth, had begun.

Sometimes trying to not get attention will cause the opposite reaction. Unwanted attention is always negative even if intentions are positive. And if so is not normally the case, it definitely is when 'magic' is involved.

Long ago, the most formidable races on earth waged war against one another in a valiant struggle against evil. The honorable Kalopine, who were fighting in vain to protect the humans against the depraved Luvine who wished to enslave them, imprisoned the Luvine and locked them away inside a crystal orb enchanted with deadly sorcery. Despite this apparent victory, the Kalopine had virtually wiped themselves out, sacrificing themselves for the humans. Now, millennia after the initial conflict, the world is changing--evil is brewing once again as the cage begins to deteriorate, unleashing creatures of chaos on the defenseless new world.
