In this world of magic (kinda) and monsters, there lives a species classified as magical beasts. They are called Nekoyona. They often have features like that of a cat and otherwise look human. Yugure is a particularly humanoid Nekoyona who wishes to become a Hunter. At the age of twelve she enters, but as magical beasts aren't technically supposed to be able to become Hunters, she must conceal her identity. Will she be able to keep it from her new friend? and will some new secrets be uncovered as her journey continues? (Rated PG for mild cussing)
