It harbors peril, with monstrous creatures and dangerous animals lurking, some with bounties on their heads, requiring the intervention of guilds to eliminate them.

Nathan who is a celestial wizard (not a very good one) has been homeschooled most of his life and isn't very skilled in his magic and hasn't been around many mages. His parents are both water mages and as well as his sister. Celestial magic in their family tree is very uncommon but Nathan managed to be one.
