For as long as she could remember, Storge (pronounced as "STORE-GAY") was told that her mother died giving birth to her just a few hours after she (her mother) arrived in this village. It has always been her dream to find out who she was and uncover the secrets of her past, but she knows deep inside that she has no money, resources and leads to begin with. So she kept her desire to herself. As she grew up in the church of Hage under the care of Father Orsi and Sister Lily, she grew extremely close with the orphanage mates, Asta and Yuno. They became like three peas in a pod and were always found together. This childhood bond soon changed as they grew up and Yuno got stronger and stronger. Yuno got more arrogant, quite, and cocky and Asta went away from the church by himself everyday to train. The tension between the trio peaked when Storge and Asta watch in awe as Yuno received the rare and powerful 4 leaf grimoire.

[previously titled The Mystery Girl] Asuna, the girl found with Yuno and Asta at the church. She was wrapped in royal clothing and even as a baby seemed to have mana flowing out of her in waves. By the time Asuna was 15 everyone in Hage knew she was powerful but no one knew the type of magic she had, except for Asta. She had the dreams of becoming the first-ever wizard queen and this is her story.

Which anime/manga/fantasy novel fan doesn't know meaning of the word isekai/reincarnation? I mean even asking it is lame. It is simple, the character dies and thanks to Fate's twisted nature, they are transported in some other world where they have to either endure hardships or are handed things on their feet easily. Depends on Luck Factor which is another twisted being. But what are the chances of a mere Fanfic Author getting isekaied into his own Fanfiction, a discontinued one at that..... When she first activated her magic, it was overwhelming. It was another life. -x- Her eyes are wide as she feels the harsh wisps and gales of the wind brush her away. Her hands are in front of her, the fingertips lightly flickering with a whitish, lavender colored, glowing flame. In front of her was golden sword, glowing with an abundance of mana. There's intricate tunes written around it's blade, and chains hold it down to a rock, strained, right and strong. On the blade, it says, "Take me away and cast me away." She breathes out, her eyes filled with disbelief. "No..." She takes a step back. "Why?" She whispers. Excalibur. The sword of promised victory. -x- There is a king who rests on top of her mind. It controls her, it dictates her, it rules her and takes care of her. It is a monarch bound by the rules of her life and emotion and decisions. Overbearing as it is, she is an obedient subject because she knows the reasons of her king. There is a voice in her heart that speaks, home is no more. Although it speaks of a home that is destroyed, she lives in a empty house that does not call back their welcome when she announces her presence. There is a fire in the depths of her soul that wreaks havoc among the abyss. It is bright and powerful, thriving by just consuming her hate, her fears, her memories, her love, and her fear. When the fire dies out, all it will leave is the ashes of her existence. There is a boy who brings a king to her yard in the forest of nowhere. Her job is to care for the injured as there is no help close enough without risking for more casualties. It should be nothing but another case. But it is the start of everything. -x- At first, it was the small things, like a piece of cloth and something not mana consuming. But the grimoire changed everything. In this story, Asta and Yuno grew up with three other children around their age. We will follow them on their journey now as they work towards their goals together with some competition and some companionship. This is my first time writing a fanfic so constructive criticism is welcome.
