Merlin Ambrosius, better known as Emrys by the druids, having long since leaving his school for the magically gifted has returned stronger and more cunning than before. Arthur and the Knights have been taken by creatures of dark magic. Their only chance of survival is Merlin who is hiding a big secret that could ruin everything. It's pretty much another cliched reveal fic. Hope you enjoy :)

When Merlin is injured while shielding Arthur from a sorceress, his magic is revealed for the prince to see. (set early season 1, includes whump and hurt/comfort, plus background Gwen/Arthur and background Merlin/Morgana)

Merlin's magic is revealed on a hunting trip with Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table. Merlin is chained but a storm strikes and the King and his knights are forced to camp out in a cave with their prisoner. Arthur doesn't take it well and Merlin pays the price. What happens when destiny breaks? Who's going to fix it? Eventual Mergana.

Merlin has always looked out for Arthur, no matter what. But at what cost? Because of his destiny he has given up almost everyone he holds dear to him to ensure that Albion is created. And whilst seeing Arthur succeed is a reward in and of itself, all that Merlin has gone through to get Arthur on the throne of Camelot is starting to catch up with him.

After a hunt gone wrong, the knights, Prince Arthur, and Merlin end up in the crystal cave, where Merlin realizes his true potential. Will he continue to be the cheerful servant we know and love, or will he turn into a warlock much more twisted... Basically I have a starting story that has different endings. I couldn't decide which one I wanted to write, so I just did both. One ending is dark Merlin and the other is just Merlin being himself. Hope you like it!!

A bandit attack on a hunting trip, Arthur finds out about Merlin's magic. How will he take it?

I know what I just witnessed. I know what I saw. I saw magic as clear as day. I know I should report it. Have Merlin arrested for his treachery. Yet for some reason, I just can't picture an evil Merlin. And maybe that's why I just ignore this. Maybe that's why I never say anything. But I've decided to keep this big secret to myself. I think this is one worth keeping. Or where Leon see's Merlin do magic but accepts it.

Merlin has been suffering from terrible nightmares every night, dreams where his secrets are revealed and something horrible happens. This, coupled with the fact that magic is still not accepted in Camelot, makes him start to lose faith. He begins to withdraw into himself, closing himself off from all others, being a good, quiet, normal servant, and nobody can stand it. So Magic takes things into its own hands, and they begin watching Merlin's past from the day he arrived at Camelot. Perhaps Merlin will heal, and perhaps he's be destroyed. It's a desperate gamble, but Magic has nothing more to lose.

Someone were to ask the crown prince of Camelot how he would rather spend the tonight's feast with all the guests of the 5 kingdoms this was NOT what he had in mind

They used to be very good friends until he betrayed her. Now they are mortal enemies with him always getting in her way of taking over Camelot. Little does Morgana know that the reason behind his decisions is an ancient prophesy, one that he is too terrified to break. A strange phenomenon happens that changes both sides veiw of everything. What is this phenomenon? Their son from the future traveling to the past. *none of the characters belong to me, all belong to the creator's of BBC's adventures of Merlin.

Morgana decides that she is tired of looking for Emrys. She burns down Ealdor and all its people, except Hunith, taking her as a hostage. She then arrives to Camelot, and tries to make a deal with Merlin and Arthur. But she makes a big mistake. When Merlin realizes what actually happened at Ealdor, he forgets all about hiding who he is. There is nothing for him to lose, and he no longer cares about destiny.

'A half cannot truly hate what makes it whole.' When Arthur banishes him because of the secret of his magic after the battle of Camlann, Merlin has no choice but to comply with his King's, the other half of his coin's, wishes. But destiny has weaved their fates and lives together, and Merlin cannot stop protecting Camelot and Arthur even if he wants to, even if the Gods themselves command him to. It is just as well Arthur is having more than a few crises of his own.

Merlin lays his life on the line to save Arthur yet again, only this time there are witnesses, lots of them. Only Arthur prevents him going to the headman's axe straight away, but Arthur alone cannot save him. That is up to both of them. Pairing: Merlin/Arthur This is set some time after season 1 of BBC's Merlin. It was originally written for the Merlin Big Bang on Livejournal in 2009.

When Arthur discover Merlin's magic what will he do? This is a fan fiction where Merlin's magic is reveled to Arthur and he flees Camelot. Merlin finds a companion and faces many difficulties while he basically exiled himself. During his exile, he has to make a difficult decision. Will he give in to temptation and use his magic for evil, just like everyone thinks warlocks do or will he stay the same old Merlin that everyone loves? Arthur on the other hand is struggling on whether or not magic is actually bad and how he reacted to Merlin's magic. Not a ship fic, but if you want to view it that way go ahead. I started this when I was 13, and I'm positive my grammar has gotten way worse.

*Starts out in the same timeline as Servant Of Two Masters* Merlin and the Knights are out on a trip, when they are suddenly attacked by a group of bandits. Merlin ends up getting hurt and is eventually captured by Morgana. Originally, she plans to use him to kill Arthur. However, what would happen if she were to see his scars? What if she were the one to discover that there's more to Merlin than meets the eye? How will she react when she finds out that Merlin is more that just a servant? ***** So like I said before this starts out with like the first 5 minutes of A Servant of Two Masters. If you have seen the scars type of stories before, this is a little bit like that. The difference is, it's Morgana that sees his scars first, which sparks some interesting conversations.
