Yes this is the same witch hat design i've used already. This isn't his actual hat though I just can't find a witch hat design I like online. Also his hat is on the picrew I used to make his character design. Which I guess i'll leave at the end. Just remember even though it's in a chibi style if I did become a VTuber with this lore (which I most likely won't) it wouldn't be chibi.
