All it took was a little blood and insanity found an escape. It was just an accident. A drop from Joel's bloody nose. A dab from Annie's paper cut. But that was all it took to release the Nytshel, an ancient sliver of insanity from the pages of an old pulp horror novel. The door for the Nysthel is unlocked but not open, it'll need more than a couple of drops of blood from two hapless teenagers. The magic that bound the Nytshel is fickle and fragile, quickly binding it to rules it must figure out in order to release itself fully. However, the magic had also bound Joel and Annie with new magical abilities that may be the key to stopping the sliver of insanity. Equipped with the ability to summon an army from a fantasy card game, Blood Summons, Joel and Annie find themselves pitted against the ancient evil as it too summons an army of monsters from old B-Horror movies. But the Nytshel has more than just monsters at its disposal, it has fear. Joel and Annie find themselves facing their inner most demons while fighting flesh and blood monsters and the deck seems to be stacked against them as a choice is presented to them. How much are they willing to sacrifice to win this deadly game of blood and beasts.

I've noticed there isn't much MtG stuff on here, so I figured I'd do a quick one shot of my favorite ship. This is one of my first times writing, so sorry if it's a bit clunky. This takes place between Eldritch Moon and Kaladesh in the storyline. It's during the space where the gatewatch is kinda hanging out at Jace's house on Ravnica
