New year, same Winx. Or so they thought. After finding herself at Alfea, with no memories of who she is or where she came from, Crystal Moon accepted the offer to enroll at Alfea school for fairies. She became quick friends with her dorm mates Bloom, Flora, Musa, Tecna and the one she shares a room with, Stella. They decided to give themselves a name, to celebrate becoming friends: The Winx. After a long year of learning, friendship and witches, The Trix attacked all of Magix. Now that they have been defeated and send to Lightrock to be reformed, Alfea is being rebuilt. Crystal and Palladium stay to help, and then head to Athryell, Palladium's home planet, to spend the summer there. But when they get back, ready for another year of learning, they quickly discover that this year won't start off as peaceful as they had hoped, when a mysterious girl emerges from the forest.

The Winx are back! But since their last battle against the sorcerers of the black circle, nothing is as it used to be. Suddenly, magical anomalies appear everywhere in the world - and these are just the prelude to a much greater evil. Ed listens to Musa, they have deep conversations, he surprises her with gifts and even got her a new guitar. Recently they haven't been seeing eye to eye and Musa has been thinking about Riven more than Ed. The Specialists have a surprise for the Winx, Riven has returned to try again with Musa. Musa can't figure out what she wants so she leaves Alfea. Everyone wants her back. But the true question is who will win her? The guy who openly treats her like a princess or the one who left? (The song "Christmas Magic" is an actual song from the TV show) All last names are made up and have never been spoken by any character of the Winx Club franchise. A young girl and her friends find a very powerful weapon that can either be good or bad. It's their choice how to wield that power and they have to choose the right one. In their world they can only find very limited resources to find out what they are. Everything is up to them, their choice whether they can bring peace or destruction.

Today was the day where everything was going to change. Us, Winx club was going to do the impossible and we were going to success. We are going to be going to Red Fountain to show these specialists that even fairies can fight like them. Once entered, the portal you walk through is closed. You must find another to escape.
