And every year, the mentors have to watch from the mentors room, famed Victors themselves, and almost entirely unable to bring home another Victor. Nobody's ever said that a Victor's life got easier after the games ended.

After winning separate Hunger Games, Ada Sloane and Felix Sterling met as victors and formed an unlikely bond that slowly grew into love. The quarter quell seems to be going as normal until Katniss, Peeta and Finnick recieve an sos message from Haymitch telling them to work together with the other Victor's. What happened outside the games and are the Victor's the only people left alive?

The odds are certainly not in Maeve's favor. Add in the poisonous twist of the Quarter Quell and Maeve finds herself in an entirely new world. She can only hope her allies were well chosen and her enemies aren't as ruthless as they seem. Only one cam come out on top, but Maeve can only hope it's she or Penn. Now there is a Quell every other year. The special theme this year is that the Games are for a year. We follow the story of Brooke Waters, eighteen-year-old resident of District Four, as she tries to survive the Games. And she is not only protecting herself, there is another life that she must protect.

Seventeen-year-old Andario Bocaccio was born to a well-off family from District 4. Haunted by his brother, his parents, a cult-like commune, and his own drive for approval and praise, Andario struggled through each day, constantly dreading the next. As the 57th Hunger Games rolled around, he attempted to find new meaning to life in the turbulent and ever-changing Capitol-run society. Hopefully updating this at the latest bi-weekly with a new chapter! I hope to honour Suzanne Collins with this work, and by no means do I claim the concepts drawn from the original Hunger Games series as my original ideas. This is just a small original story that expands on Suzanne Collins's brilliant works. I hope to do the current four books justice, and do hope you enjoy :)
