In a small town where everyone knows everyone, post-graduate student, Jules Sheridan, feels out of place. She seeks refuge in a bar where she quickly becomes friends with the owner Mike Rhoden. While at the bar one evening, the news reports a missing girl, the first of many. When frozen bodies start to emerge, a once quiet town with next to no crime now has to deal with the worst crime they have ever witnessed, a presumed serial killer on the loose.
