I want to preface this with a warning this was written/is being written with the assumption that the reader has played dragon age origins if you haven't then you really should great game. (Not fully beta read, we die like tamlen) ________________________________________ we follow the story of dalish huntress Athelya Mahariel, human noble Aurthur Cousland, and Alistair Theirin in their journey to save thedas and fight the blight. (All of them having "A" be there first initial was not intended) I DO NOT OWN DRAGON AGE ALL RIGHTS BELONG TO BIOWARE. I only own my oc's Aurthur cousland and Athelya mahariel This is my first time writing, so please, I really need your guy's criticism and tips, so definitely leave a comment. Our hero's are: Aurthur cousland, a warrior who uses a claymore (the sword, imagine if I just gave him a mine for a weapon) Aurthur is a good natured man who tries to solve confrontations without violence and is the unofficial negotiator/trader. An incorrigible joker he's lawful good/ chaotic good to use dnd terms. He hates inequality with a passion. Athelya mahariel is a closed off for a little while but mostly kind dalish hunter she uses a bow and a dagger kukri to be specific (ikr how original), she is the group's leader/provider and she doesn't get humans sometimes, she is neutral good. Alistair is my own opinion on how he acts, and so are the other companions. My goal with this story is to tell the main story and the dlc's of each game who knows I might even be done by the time veilguard comes out (I won't I suck)

For the fans and the Warden - all of whom were never fully over Tamlen's passing - a tale in poetic prose that I can't promise will fix the pain but will take the reader and Mahariel through the process of acceptance. "...Friyr had had him for several eternities, each one captured as an individual memory in every kiss."

After finding out what happens when a Grey Warden kills an Archdemon, Lyna Mahariel doesn't return to her room, therefore doesn't speak to Morrigan. Takes place from this point on in Dragon Age Origins.

A collection of oneshots surrounding my characters throughout the Dragon Age games. Some will be reimaginings or scenes whilst others will be filler pieces. My Warden and Inquisitor are both Elven Rogues though both have magical talent which they hide from all but their Clan and significant other ( later in Origins). I have my own cannon that not all Dalish Clans send away magically talented people and that some hide this by not only training them in magic, but in other skills as well.

She travels among Fereldan with the Grey Wardens and slowly learns to trust the entire group, minus one. Doing her best to teach the young elves in the group while in the fade, her identity stays hidden, but becomes more and more difficult as Young Mahariel delves deeper into her own memories in the fade.
