The house of Finwë had never been known for it's welcoming nature. Whilst many were led to believe this was due to the Oath of Fëanor, the fell vow to kill those who laid hands on the Silmarli, the reality was much worse. Finwë himself was a kind and open ellon, and Míriel, his first wife, was as well. It wasn't the Oath that changed everything, it was Míriel's death, and Fëanor's sudden spiral into relative madness, driven by the one they called Melkor, into hiding his greatest creation, and then losing them to that very man. The poisoning of Melkor outreached his purpose, and became his downfall. For if he had not taken the Silmarili, he would never have been the goal of Beren's ill fated mission, nor would one Silmaril make it's way to the Nauglamir, nor into the hands of Dior, to Elwing, to the Valar and turn the tide. For though much ruin came about with them, they became the single sparkling light of hope, even upon a dark crown. This is a story of Arda without Beren- and subsequently, without hope- and how one Maia manages to cave the cowardly heart of a dark immortal king to her purposes, and perhaps, to victory over the darkness of the land.

Lord of the Rings/Hobbit/Silmarillion fanfiction Tauriel Thranduiliel had run away. She couldn't take it anymore; after the death of her mother when she was scarcely 100 years old, her father had become more and more protective of her and her brother, Legolas. It broke her heart, but finally, she slipped past the guards and into the dark forest. She couldn't have then imagined the chaos and destruction that came from that decision. This is an Angbang/Silmarillion fanfic written by me and the incredible @SweetieDoggie. In which an irritable Melkor, a disaster-prone Mairon and an unfortunate Maedhros all end up in the same fortress, so naturally chaos ensues.

A reincarnated Maiar is brought back to Arda to help Thorin and Company with their quest and prevent as much death as she can. Being dragged into a different dimension while in the middle of a war isn't the thing Sakura had in mind - so obviously she grabbed onto something to try and stop herself from falling down the rabbit hole. Deep in the voids of time lies the consciousness of the dark one. At the peak of Sauron's demise, he was awakened slightly. And now he has whispered venom and death into an enemy, who cannot be destroyed by a mere ring. "Melkor..." his name no longer remembered by any except the Valar. When Oromë and Yavanna, two who love the forest, see the threat before anyone else, they form an alliance and convince Aulë to forge another Silmaril to protect the land from a force more powerful than Sauron.

Two wizards were sent to Middle-Earth along with Gandalf, Saruman, and Radagast. Tolkien never expanded on them, so when I imagined their tale and realized it could be a plausible history for them, I decided to put it on paper and share it with Tolkien enthusiasts!

The Istari are Five, but everyone only ever remembers three of them. Of the two Blue Wizards not even their brethren know much. Their names are forgotten.

Five Rings: Ring of Gold, Ring of Wood, Ring of Water, Ring of Fire, and Ring of Soil; they will unite, or they will fall. Five teenagers with their faithful dogs as mounts were transferred to the fiction world Tolkien had created---Middle-earth(Arda), what they have been dreaming all of their short lifetimes...... They will found themselves homes in Middle-earth; they will establish their true love, their true destiny, their real home where their hearts belong. They will find themselves from different countries, but they have the same passion for middle-earth and dogs.
