HELLO!! This is my First time making storys let alone posting them, Im debating if I should make like actual long storys. As the stroy title says Ill be making Oneshots with most of the DeathNote characters. boys or girls. I DO TAKE REQUESTS So I hope you enjoy these storys! (Y/n) loses everything too early. After being orphaned, she's sent to Wammy's House, a place that prides itself on raising geniuses but rarely pauses to ask what that does to a child. It's there that she meets the three official successors to L: Near, Mello, and Matt. Brilliant, strange, broken in different ways. She fits in not because she's exceptional, but because she understands what it's like to be left behind. The four of them grow up tangled together. Friendship forms easily, but everything else is messier. Wammy's isn't just a school. It's a pressure cooker. As the years pass, each of them begins to discover things about themselves they don't quite have the language for yet. Near retreats further inward, Matt hides behind games and silence, and Mello burns hot with ambition, jealousy, and feelings he refuses to name.

No matter how much money you have, it can't fix a broken family. Mallory [who is later unoffically renamed Y/N by her Lady's Maid Euphoria] is given up by her family to Wammy's House because she has "no use for the family anymore." She excludes herself to avoid getting used, but due to the unfortunate increase in children, people are forced to be roomed together, and she's roomed with the outsider named Mello. Everyday, she journals her journeys of despair and wish to be removed from the world but when she finally speaks up to Mello, each word crumbles his walls. First of all a huge SPOILER ALERT, so if you haven't finished the death note anime/manga you really shouldn't read this story. About the story: it's a background story to the original death note. It tells what happened to mello and matt after mello got his face scar. And I'm really sorry to dissapoint all of you yaoi fangirls but this is not a matt x mello ;D

After Mello finds out something he finds horrible, in fear of Matt getting mad and not approving, Mello runs away. Matt wakes up to find his boyfriend gone, and after months of searching and waiting, he falls into a grave depression, his smoking turned worse, and his video games slowly became untouched. After Near makes a quick phone call to Matt, Matt rushes to where Near believes Mello was. A huge surprise was waiting for him once he got there. Death Note is not mine, neither are the characters. The cover is not mine. I found it on a deviantart page called, "elbrethali" With the title, "Little Mello and Matt". Any characters that are not in the Death Note series but are in this are my own characters. This will be mainly Mello and Matt, but a certain character I own will truly be the main character, and I hope you love them! Wammy's House was a place built to groom children and put them against each other. Everyone who attended was thought to be someone that had intelligence come easy to them, a sick and terrible place yet so comforting and warm to her.
