It's been so long since his arms have been free of casts that he nearly forgot about the lack of sensation in his right hand. But the sheer amount of painkillers he was on and how tightly his arms were bound to his chest made it hard to feel anything at all. Now though? It was painfully obvious. He can see his hand moving, but he can't feel it at all. His brain is lying to him, telling him the left side of his hand is gone, but it's there. Just barely. (based on my headcannon that Aizawa has nerve damage from the USJ incident)
