These are my actual thoughts and how I process things. millions of teens deal with depression and anxiety everyday just know youre not alone and there is help around every corner (warning may be sad to some people) but it will defiantly help more and more people who don't really understand how depression works. so feel free to share this to your friends and family. thank you.
