Link with his temporary fairy Tatl, go on five adventures to fufill this quest. The Swamp, The Mountain, The Ocean, The Canyon, and then the final place to destroy the evil power in Majora's Mask.

I recently had a friend who is not familiar with the Zelda franchise, but he is interested in reading my works for the fandom. So, this is my effort to explain the general story for those who are unfamiliar with the franchise. Of course, one can read Nintendo's Hyrule Historia, but it was written for those already familiar with the gaming franchise. So, this is a narrative that explains it in storytelling from my perspective. While I will slightly cover the general layout, I will focus more specifically on the "Child Timeline" as the 2d games and stories are not of direct interest at this time. I will disclose only what one needs in order to understand the franchise and how my fanfiction works to the franchise. While I focus on the canon, in my perspective, I do include some minor deviations to hopefully keep it concise.

Setting things straight this time will take Link on an amazing journey to a parallel world where he meets new friends and enemies!

Through time, there is always a hero. A hero who rises up against the evil of this world. Through time, there is always a princess. A princess with the blood of the goddess. Along side this hero and princess are many allies, enemies, but most importantly, lovers. Follow our hero, our princess, our friends, through time... and learn your place, that is by their side.

Years after Link sealed ganondorf in the sacred realm and saving the world of termina, hyrule lives on. the Hylians live in peace even after the hero of time dies. About one and a half centuries after Link dies, people in hyrule believe they will not face the problems that they did before, but they are wrong. Majora's mask comes back for revenge once again, finding another child who he will fight as the fierce deity like link had. Nightshade will end up battling Majora's Mask, but will she win?
