An alternative ending for "Make our days count" TV Series. It's a fiction based on the MODC TV Series. I respect the original scriptwriter(s), there might be a reason why they want to make the ending the way it is. But the final episode is a kick out of thin air. I want to give Shigu and Haoting the happiness they deserved - a career, a wedding, a closure.

For Xiang Hao Ting and Yu Shi Gu things are only getting started when tragedy strikes. Trying to keep everything under control when the world beneath his feet has shifted may be the hardest thing Hao Ting has ever done. But he is determined. 6 years after the accident Sun Bo sees Xi Gu in a dream asking for help. Xi Gu has been gone for 6 years, how could he need help now? Taking place after the final Episode that destroyed us all and the contradicting things Hao Ting said, this was born from my mind of insomnia. It has a happy ending and utilizes a story I heard from a friend's grandmother a LONG time ago. I've tried to find other versions but it's never close to the one I was told. The Story is told in the way she told me and my friend years ago. I don't know if it has any cultural significance as I've been unable in my research to find this story attributed to a single culture or even at all. She may have just made this up. I'm not sure, sadly she's not with us any longer, and when I asked my friend they said that their father had grown up hearing it as well.

Writing prompt: How would things have gone if Yu Xi Gu survived the car accident? The ending of HIStory 3: MOCD blindsided a lot of viewers. I'd like to contribute an alternative ending of the story that may help some of us feel better about the series as a whole.

What if we are able to see the life of Haoting and Shigu after the lovely housewarming party? Living together while studying, embarking on a new journey as they both grow into adulthood.
