People laughed at Felix's jokes. People ran at Michael's glance. Felix and Micheal were brothers, (although many were unsure about how they were even related.) They stuck together. If one was pranking a grocer, the other would apologize. If the one was drunk in a bar, the other would drag him out. If one was exploding the second largest city in the country, the other would roll his eyes and go back to watching tv. So Felix isn't sure why Micheal is acting like befriending the 2nd greatest hero in the country is something to get mad over. Tw: violence, language, death, manipulation
