The world of Persona 5 is different. No Akira Kurusu/Ren Amamiya = No Joker. So what will fate do to cover for this issue? Meet Takuma Shirase, the delinquent transfer student in this new retelling of Persona 5. From new or familiar characters, to the new perspective that this protagonist takes on this woorld that he lives in, join his journey as he conquers Palace for Palace with his version of the Phantom Thieves. The Phantom Thieves failed to find Maruki's treasure room in time. Maruki sees that forcing a decision onto Ren only caused them to suffer further, so instead of making him choose, he puts Ren in an endless sleep, altering reality so that his friends can live their ideal lives, forgetting about him...

A young teenager with messy black hair responded, his voice sounding a bit rough due to exhaustion from working his ass off. He lifted up a questionable amount of dirty dishes and placed it on the sink to clean and wash it. This young male is Ren Amamiya, a simple average looking person with a dreary life. His parents disowned him right after he was accused of a crime he didn't even commit, and left him at the doorstep of the LeBlanc tavern, where the owner who goes by the name of Sojiro Sakura, took him in and treated him as his own. Ren doesn't have that many friends growing up, but he had always been helpful and kind to the others, despite his tarnished reputation due to assaulting the king. Of course, no one knew what really happened, and they refused to believe it. But that was all in the past, and it has almost been a year since then. Surely people have forgotten about it by now, right..? Well, his whole life is about to take a turn as a new path has laid out before him. Not only will he have to fight for the justice of society, he will also have to fight for the justice of their blossoming love. Would he be able to take the risk?

As the Phantom Thieves make their way through the desert to Futaba's Palace, Ren just can't seem to pry his eyes away from a certain Student Council President. That is, until Ann catches him in the act. And then proceeds to tell him just how many times she's caught him already. (Very short one-shot. Really just practice for writing Persona.)
