Haru loves Rin. He could never leave him, but Rin is violent. He beats him and his words spew venom, but the next day its always okay, he always apologizes and brings him his favorite flowers. It always goes okay. Makoto can see his friend's spirit dying, and desperately tries to get him to leave him, falling for him in the promise, but Haru continues to live in this hostile environment. Rin finally snaps as he learns Haru kissed Makoto, and that was the most flowers Haru ever gotten.. at his funeral. Too bad he wasn't there to enjoy them

When Haru comes back to visit, he has a special guest with him. The one and only, Rin. They are closer than ever and seem to be leaving Makoto and Sousuke out. But there is a turn of events and it get's more complicated than they all expected.

Haru's worst fear of losing Makoto came true when Makoto got a girlfriend. Haru realized that he loved Makoto too much to let him go.
