Before Nala had given birth to Kion she grew terribly ill forcing them to travel to the Tree of Life to get help. On the trip Zira betrayed her friend and stole Kion. Not having time to hunt her down they had to abandon Kion as they didn't have time to spare on prolonged search's. As time went on Kion's twin sister Shayla became the future Queen of the Pride Lands while Kion who now went by Krux trained under Zira to end his family and help her reinsert herself into the Pride Lands as its Queen. But what happens when a mission of infiltration turns into a mission of familial trust?
