After a standard pickpocket attempt goes awry, leading to the death of an innocent bystander, Owen Gallagher finds himself in just that situation, imprisoned for 25 years. However, a sudden, unexpected chance at redemption comes quickly in the form of the SDN's Phoenix Program. Taking the easy out, Owen joins up as a probationary superhero among the likes of eight other villains--all messed up in their own unique ways. 23-Year old Alexander Kaiser, also known as "Flight-Risk". Self proclaimed "Highspeed Scumbag", surprisingly charismatic and deathly afraid of cats. The road of heroism isn't an easy one, but what is it compared to a ragtag Team of former Villains and Criminals or as their boss would call them "Phoenixes". Nesse mundo havia uma fada que acreditava que essa dependência dos humanos não era nada benéfica para as fadas e que elas deveriam se rebelar.
