Prodigal Son fanfic request. Title may be changed if I think of a better one. This was requested by musicluvvver on Tumblr for a MalcolmxDani fic where Dani gets badly hurt and has to have surgery, and the team find out about their relationship when Malcolm reacts to her critical condition. I went *slightly* over the suggested 3000 word count by making it a case fic, but oh well.
