These are some deep thoughts that I have felt this past year. I hope you enjoy and I hope you find this touching but, I would never wish these emotions on anybody. But I hope you enjoy!

*SATIRE A satirical "horror" of sorts in which men feel threatened by women asking for equality. To the men in the story, these women are like the monsters in a horror film or the witches on Halloween.

Relationships are tricky. Men have always mistreated her, but she's let one man, do it much too much, when finally empowering herself after a miscarriage, she finds her inner feminism. This book is about the empowerment of women, and making a storyline about a woman's journey toward feminism, let yourself understand the book and it's lessons. But, although this book is about her empowerment, doesn't mean that this woman is all good news.

This is a collection of poetry that explores experiences that all happened within a year, with the hopes of illuminating the possibilities in life. There are four poems to this collection.

"Drowning in Self-Hate" In this poetry piece, I explore the emotions and feelings of self-hatred. I describe being "blindfolded" and "weighted down," feeling stuck and imprisoned by this overwhelming feeling. It also touches on a desire for male validation and empathy, as well as a feeling of being lesser than others. Through vivid imagery and language, "Drowning in Self-Hate"

failing feminist is a term we don't think quite often about. In this series i'm bringing you several topics that talk about how we failed as feminists and did we really? or was it just the male gaze. Hop right in for knowing that feminism isn't just about being bold, strong and independant but so much more than that from a female perspective.

Previously titled Courage For Another Day, this short story won second place in the 2020 Room Magazine Short Fiction writing contest. As Daya's tenth birthday approaches, she reflects on what becoming a woman with increasing responsibilities and expectations will require of her, unaware that she is being observed.

A bittersweet journey of a young, enslaved soul through memories of days when everything was much simpler - and a reminder that sometimes people miss others more than they miss themselves. Even if you recall tales of guardian angels and hope that death no longer exists, in this case, salvation is merely a new name for naivety.
