Something that involves love, mystery, and a murder most evil..but it's at the end of the story. Basically, it's my version of how he got so mean. This will change your mind about him, I promise. (For those who've had enough of Thor, Loki and Jane Foster love triangle stories) Incomplete...a work in progress, something like that.

Before Jane comes to Asgard, you and Loki are living happily in the golden city. You and he fight together in the arenas, being the most powerful pair in the land. However, Odin forbids you to use your magic anywhere but outside of Asgard or in the arenas. So when Malekith, the king of the Dark Elves, storms into Asgard looking for the Ether, you are all but powerless as he takes you captive back to Svartalfheim; because of this, Loki is enraged and declares war on Malekith. Will the Dark King return you to Asgard unharmed, or at least, alive? Or will Loki have to make the biggest sacrifice in his years to bring you back home?
