Kylie and Malia were in the same friend group since elementary. But they were closer than any other. The best of friends, Kylie was the rich, extrovert, who talked to everyone, and malia was quieter, smart, introverted, didnt need anyone outside her close circle. They balanced eachother out perfectly. Until malia suddenly moved away before freshman year. Kylie moved off eventually, but was still hurt and missed her bestfriend sometimes.
