sophie o'neil arrived in maple brook after moving from boston. her marriage to graham is slowly falling apart and she's unsure how to save it. moving to maple brook was meant to be a fresh start for her and her family. that was until she met margo. margo was well known in maple brook as being the future lady of texas. she had brownish hair and beautiful eyes that pearced through your soul as you look at them. margo wasn't just beautiful, she was dangerous in a way. sophie allows her curiosity to get in the way and gets closer and closer to her knowing what she was signing up for. sophie immediately feels a connection with margo, and begins to wonder what life would be like really knowing her. sophie joins margo's group of friends and begins to experience a new life with her new friends. throughout the few hangouts they have, she feels herself falling for margo despite her marriage with graham. besides, it's not like they were going to stay together much longer. it was argument after argument and sophie had had enough read along as sophie begins to experience life with margo and how leaning towards her changes her life.
