He let her go, and she came back to the real world. She seen Landon happy with his friends at the Salvatore school. She decided to leave to New Orleans, and see if her aunt Freya can help her. She ended up activating her vampire side, and rules New Orleans. Ryan watched her as she ruled the city, he wanted to go and tell her he's alive, but he couldn't. What happens when Hope finds out Ryan is alive and well? Will she lash out at him? Will Ryan still love her as she is?

The tribrid, the one-of-a-kind, Hope Mikaelson was forgotten by everyone. Everyone she knew, everyone she cared about. The boy who she was in love with. Her family. The detective, the human, Stiles Stilinski, also forgotten by everyone. Everyone he knew, everyone he cared about. The girl who he was in love with. His pack. Except in the moments when Landon's life hung by a thread, when flashes of Hope broke through the fog of oblivion, a reminder of what's been lost. Though his memories fail him, an aching void remains, pulling at his heart. After trying to find a desperate way to escape Malivore, Hope finally returned home, only to discover everyone she ever loved has indeed forgotten she exists. Her best friend Lizzie and her boyfriend Landon. she was merely a stranger to them. And to her family. She had no one. When she discovered the monsters were back and after the man she loves, everything in her wants to protect him. And she would. But a bigger test remains. Does she have the strength to tell him and everyone else who she really is when there's no way to bring back the memories? Could she stand to be by them and be a stranger to them?
