Welcome to Keaton School Of The Arts; the most elite fine arts high school in all of Canada. People from all over the county showcase their talents and audition to get in. Music, dance, visual arts, dj, film, drama... if it's an art form? Odds are its one of the disciplines here. Now, your probably thinking - this is just an arts school. Why should I be interested? Well, the answer to that is simple. Well known and loved student, Scarlett Dunn, has been found missing after getting in a fight with her sister and storming off. Nobody knows what happened to her, some even think she's dead. But that's not even the half of it. Thirteen of the students who got excepted into Keaton are about to realize, they're more gifted then they believe. You could even argue that they're... cursed. Cursed with a gift besides their extraordinary talent. All of these kids are a supernatural in some way, shape or form... they just don't know it. Yet. In fact, they weren't even born with it! For an electrical mishap on a full moon is what sets this curse upon them.. A curse that could potentially help find Scarlett.

What if Alya didn't get the part in Da Boheme, so she remained her quiet self and never asked Miles out? Now that Miles and Julie are together, Alya is more quiet and depressed than ever. Will anyone help her come out of her shell, or will she always just remain a wallflower?

It's another year, they made it! It was a tough struggle, but they finally made it to their junior year of Keaton School of the Arts. They will meet new people, mingle between other friend groups, and even find new loves. What awaits in this new year, well you'll just have to wait and see.

I do not know how I got here, all I know is I made a lot of mistakes. Why don't I start from the beginning, it was 12 hours before Keaton's big showcase. (btw sorry for any typos, in order to update more often i type some on my bus ride on my phone, Finished update, if anyone has any questions about the story feel free to message or comment I'll try to respond but I'm lazy)

Alya Kendrick, one of the shyest people at Keaton, happens to be best friends with Bianca Blackwell. Alya despises Bianca's older brother Miles, the school heartthrob. Because of her previous bullying experiences, Alya has lost her will to fight, and her voice. When tragedy strikes and makes her life even more difficult, will Alya's voice be gone forever? Or will someone else be able to find it?

I just discovered "Backstage" the other day on Netflix and really liked the show. But I wasn't satisfied with the ending of Alya's and Mile's storyline. For me, the kiss at the end (although I really like happy endings) came out of nowhere. So, this is my try to take a slightly deeper look at the characters, their relationship and their feelings. Starting of where Alya and Miles sing "Everywhere is you" together at the season's performance, my story takes a slightly different direction. Please note that I am not a native English speaker. I would really appreciate it, if you gave me feedback on my English, to help me get better. So, if you stumble across any mistakes or a sentence which doesn't sound right to you, please let me know.

Now it's a new school year, and Miles is with Julie. Alya is trying to date someone else to make her feel better, but she can't help the fact that she's still in love with Miles.
