hi! the title is self-explanatory, but this is just a book of one shots with the grishaverse characters (mainly kaz). we do take requests so feel free to leave a comment :) all rights of the characters belong to leigh bardugo (except for joride/jordan. i came up with her). i hope you enjoy! PSA: there won't be any kissing or PDA with inej or kaz due to their trauma :)

But home is much worse than she remembers. Full Description Sanya is the daughter of Ketterdam's most prestigious businessman. Due to a series of unfortunate events, she ends up in East Ravka where she grows up with Alina Starkov and Malyen Oretsev, but her longing for her home never goes away. When a person from her past finds her by happenstance, the truth is revealed and she wonders if she should ever return home. But she is so much more than she allows the rest of the world to see. Kaz "Dirtyhands" Brekker, the Bastard of the Barrel, is a cold man driven by the notion of revenge. At least, that is what all of Ketterdam believes. But when an opportunity worth 1 million kruge presents itself, Kaz finds himself at an unpleasant crossroads where his past and his thirst for vengeance meet. Perhaps this job was much more personal than he realized. **This story will mainly follow the plotline of the Shadow and Bone Netflix series with some references to the books being made. There will be spoilers starting in the early chapters.** Author's note: I apologize for the terrible description. A story about Kaz pulling off the greatest heist ever. Stealing a soul from the afterlife.

Of course Alina loved her husband. Mal was her best friend, her partner in crime, the love of her life. After all, she had given up so much of herself so he could live, so they could be married. But as their third winter at the newly-built Keramzin approaches, the life Alina left behind begins to weigh on her. - This story takes place about three years after the war ended, when Alina and Mal are running the Keramzin orphanage. Personally, I don't think it's too heavily anti-Mal, but this is definitely a fic for Nikolina shippers.
