Mạn Đà La, hồi ức của người phương xa... Rất nhiều năm về trước, khi Nam Cung Dật còn là vị tiểu hoàng tử, có một cái đuôi luôn bám theo phía sau hắn, túm lấy vạt áo hắn, luôn mồm gọi "Dật ca ca." Đến tận giờ phút này, hắn vẫn còn nhớ rất rõ thân hình mập mạp, khoác một kiện váy quây màu hồng ngọt ngào, cái má lúm xuất hiện mỗi khi cười rộ lên, cái chân ngắn cũn ra sức đuổi theo hắn. Vô cùng phiền phức, cũng vô cùng đáng yêu. Tiểu cô nương đó cứ như vậy làm cái đuôi của bảy năm. Bảy năm thế sự đổi dời. Thiên hạ thay chủ. Hắn từ một vị hoàng tử trở thành vương gia nhàn tản, nàng từ tiểu oa nhi mập mạp trở thành thiếu nữ yêu kiều. Hết thảy đều khác xưa, duy chỉ có nàng vẫn như trước theo phía sau hắn, ngọt ngào gọi "Dật ca ca." ...

PROLOG Jangan tanya seperti apa rasanya. Pernahkah kalian membayangkan bagaimana ketika seluruh dunia menentang. Mereka hanya melihat dari sisi Arga, tanpa sedikitpun mau mendengar penjelasan dariku. Tentu itu membuatku sangat salah dimata mereka. Tapi bagaimana jika mereka merasakan bagaimana sulitnya aku untuk memutuskan semua ini. Lebih dari apapun aku hanya berfikir kalau Mandala membutuhkanku. Terlepas dari seberapa besar pengorbanan yang sudah Arga berikan untukku. Tapi bukankah cinta itu tanpa pamrih? Untuk kali ini, aku meminta izin pada dunia. Kumohon jinkan aku untuk berbuat salah sekali ini saja, dan akan aku terima balasannya sendiri nanti. Biarkan aku berbuat salah untuk orang yang aku sayangi. Ini perasaan yang berbeda, selama ini yang kutahu hanya menerima. Tanpa tahu bagaimana sakitnya ketika kita telah memberikan perasaan kita yang sesungguhnya kepada seseorang. Dan biarkan aku menanggung sakitnya nanti. Karena yang ku tahu Mandala membutuhkan ku.
