When she heard she got an internship at Seattle Grace she immediately took the chance to find a house for her and her siblings, that was when she ran into her biological grandfather who offered his house for her that way he can live in a retirement home. She made Frank and Monica sign away their rights to her siblings and managed to take them to Seattle with her and hoped to start a new. She has no idea that she would make many friends who will be willing to help her through the process.

Ian exhales the breath he didn't know he was holding, shakily. There's so much he wants to ask - but he's distracted by the sound of trumpets in the background. "Is that ... is that Mariachi music?" This is my attempt at wrapping up the Gallavich storyline in a Shameless fashion - something which may, or may not be attempted by the series going forward. It wouldn't necessarily be my choice for where the characters are, or how they got there, but I think there's still aspects to all of them that have yet to be explored.
