Bipolar disorder, sometimes known as manic depression, is a mental illness characterized by severe mood swings without specific triggers. Those affected by bipolar disorder generally go through manic and depressive episodes, the former characterized by heightened mood, increased energy levels, trouble sleeping, and reckless behavior, and the latter characterized by feelings of depression or emptiness, lack of energy, and over- or under-sleeping.

Two nights' later, after US General Shawshuck, Jr., closed the infected Zombie shelter, a man illegally enters the shelter, and is bitten by the Zombies inside...and, as a result, is infected in Arizona... ...When several teenagers explore the shelter, their lives are placed in grave danger when the third stage of the Zombie mania is unleashed...causing embarassment for President-Elect Candall and VP-Elect Harris, (who begins campaigning in Arizona the new Home of The New White House)...as US Army Shawshuck, Jr., begins to destroy the Zombies once and for all. This is my story about my journey with Bipolar disorder. I talk about my mania episodes, severe depression and pyschosis with delusions. It hasn't been easy but each day I learn to live with my illness. i want to share my story because there's a lot of myths about Bipolar. I hope my story will help anyone who reads.
