Harry Potter is born a Harpy. From the creature blood that swirls through Potter veins. Hogwarts and the British wizarding world have accepted the creature blood that exists within both common and pureblood lines. Albus Dumbledore has gotten power through unwilling means. He has been leeching power off of weakened students of great magical power, this is how he has become the 'greatest' wizard alive. So when Harry's parents die it leaves him with a perfect new input of power. Just have the child crave acceptance which Dumbledore can 'give'. But first the child needs to be broken down. He cannot put blocks on a child who is in the spotlight so much. With Riddles ideals coming to light Dumbledore has to save his skin. So why not have another break the child. None other that the Dursley's should be up to the task. They needed little to no compensation or encouragement with the child. And now let the story begin.
