[THIS STORY IS CURRENTLY GOING THROUGH A REWRITE! I'm going to leave it up for the time being, but there is a high chance a lot will be different when it's reposted.] When a cryptic prophecy endangers the peace around the lake, how will several young warriors see the signs and stop the foreshadowed darkness? Follow Maplepaw and her clanmates as they forge bonds and push forward through the dangers ahead of them. They're not sure what the outcome will be, but they know they'll do their best along the way. Note: Currently being rewritten. I wrote this a while ago, and let's just say it's bad XD Echopaw is just your average apprentice. Well, she has an annoying mentor who won't make her a warrior, but now that's the least of her problems. She's got a prophecy on her hand, and the only other people involved in it are her best friend and a kit. Receiving the prophecy, she begins unravel dark secrets- that could lead to the destruction of the Clans.

"A time of great trouble is coming. But when the troubled times come, two will rise, and bring forth an age of hope and peace." Young Maplekit of EarthClan is looking forward to having an easy life with no set goals or intentions. But after a terrible tragedy, she is determined to walk the path of a medicine cat and save as many lives as possible. But when enemy scent is found on EarthClan's territory, everything seems to turn out for the worse. Secrets about her kin's past mingle with her own scarring past, and as a strange prophecy promises trouble and death strikes around every corner, she finds her strength harder than ever to keep. -------- Cover by me.
