Peppy the Clown hasn't been defeated-only waiting. Before the cousins could escape Maple Wood, his words still rang in their ears:
"Go on your little vacation. I have a friend there. He'll be waiting."
Forced out of town by Chief Daris, Bill, Nancy, Eleven, and Maxine head to Woody's Campfire Grounds, hoping for quiet cabins, long hikes, and a break from the horrors at home. But the camp is no refuge. The woods are restless. The air is thick with dread.
Because Peppy's "friend" is real.
His name is Woody The Bear a monstrous bear with eyes like burning coals and claws that tear through the night. Unlike Peppy, Woody doesn't play with fear. He devours it whole.
Now, far from home and surrounded by dark forests, the cousins realize this was never a vacation. It was a trap.
And the real nightmare is only just beginning.
