    This was inspired by one of my favourite paintings at The AGO... it's called The Marchesa Casati by Augustus Edwin John. He was her lover, at the time of this painting. Her bold, sultry confidence just radiates from the image, and the words just fell into place one afternoon when I was looking at her.
