Welcome to Happy at Canoga Park High! 🎉🏫 Hey Hunters (and friends of the Valley)! 👋 This is the official home for my original movie script Happy - a fun, nostalgic coming-of-age story set at Canoga Park High School in the San Fernando Valley. ❤️ Every day (or as close as I can manage!), I'll share serialized scenes: follow Christian, Bethany, and the crew through baseball 🏈, crushes 💕, marching band 🎺, family drama, and all the heartfelt high school moments. Grab your popcorn, Milk Duds, and a big Coke-things are about to get magical (and mysteriously enchanting). ✨ Happy is a classic fairytale at heart: Princess Bethany longs to be swept off her feet by her true Prince Charming, leading to the happiest of endings. But it's more than that-think Twilight Zone meets enchanted romance with clever twists, hidden easter eggs, and clues. Spot something off? Drop a comment! This is our shared journey to They lived happily ever after. (Or did they? 👀) Inspired by real Canoga Park vibes (Go Hunters! Hunter green & white forever! 💚), but 100% fictional. Important Note: This page and all content are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Canoga Park High School, LAUSD, or any official entity. It's my personal creative project - a loving tribute to high school memories. Certain teachers who have passed away are included as a heartfelt tribute to their legacy and positive impact on generations of students. All characters, events, and stories are original fiction; any resemblance to real people or events is purely coincidental. If you're a CPHS alum, jock, a band kid, or just love feel-good high school tales... hit LIKE, FOLLOW, and turn on notifications! 🔔 (Follow me on X @CanogaParkHappy) First scene drops soon - who's ready? Drop a ❤️ or 🏈 below! There will be a bunch of posts to catch up with the X posts. © 2025 Sean Martin. All rights reserved. Happy is a registered work with the United States Copyright Office

Sofia Martinez came to University of Washington to study business, march her flute through fall Saturdays, and keep her head down. She didn't come looking for anything else - especially not for a boy Asher Thunder, who showed up at her first football game of the season of her freshman year like he's always been there, grinning like the world hasn't shown him anything to be afraid of yet. But Asher carries a secret older than either of them, tied to a bloodline and a bond neither can explain - one that pulls tighter every time their paths cross. As football season turns to pep band nights and basketball echoes through winter arenas, Sofia has to decide how much of her carefully built normal life she's willing to risk for a connection that feels like fate and danger in the same breath. Some bonds aren't chosen. Some just find you - under stadium lights, in a half empty gym, under a moon that seems to know something you don't yet. A watcher lineage novel

One performance from the Spirit of Staten Island Marching Band was all it took for Alex to sign up... But he'd been fearful at the same time. With such a big group, and so many talented players, he knew for sure he'd get lost in the mix or even outright rejected because of the fact he'd only played trombone for a year. But the band takes him in at the start of his freshman year, and he quickly gets thrown in a loop of complicated music and even more complicated drills. Just when he thought he'd caught up, disaster strikes and starts to rip his band apart. All he wants now is to save it. [DISCLAIMER: I have next to no clue about any schools in NYC. All schools are made up since the Internet didn't help me at all.]

POV 1: Banyan is a junior tuba player who's obsessed with normalcy. He has feelings for his friend, Ben, but refuses to accept them because it's 'abnormal'. Unfortunately enough for him, his friendship with Ben affects his relationship with his younger brother, Bodhi. He's aware that his close friendship with Ben affects Bodhi, but he can't understand why. POV 2: Ben is a senior tuba player who's basically as normal as 'normal' can be. He's well-liked, has lots of friends, but there's always that one thing he just can't have. He's had feelings for his best friend, Banyan, but he just doesn't believe that Banyan would ever reciprocate them, due to his obsession with being normal. Ben finds himself asking if he really knows who Banyan is. He's left wondering if he's misjudging their bond. POV 3: Bodhi, a sophomore French Horn player, always finds himself stuck in the shadows. It's not that he minds, but he's always had that one person he could go to no matter what. His brother, Banyan. He's known of Ben and Banyan's friendship for a while, but can't help but be jealous of the fact that Ben can make Banyan smile more than he can. Bodhi's always with Ben and Banyan, only to sit there like a decoration the entire time.

This is the untold story about two best friends who fall in love when they meet in band class. There is no sexual explicit language. There is only a harmless love story. Those are the most genuine, right? This was meant to be a short story for my English 11 class last year but it was never turned in. I hope you guys like it!

A cheesy romance centered on marching band. Prepare to be amazed, grab some popcorn, and enjoy the best book we've ever written. Warning: it's the first book we've ever written. Disclaimer: This will make you want to watch chick flicks and eat pistachio ice cream. May cause side effects of staring at drum majors and wanting to meet the two fantastic authors. But seriously, go read it now. Please accept my apologies for grammatical errors or autocorrect going insane.
