This story has been written in honour of my mother's 10 year death anniversary.

Two star crossed lovers must journey across America to find each other. While Jean is trapped in California by his parents and job, Marco must make his way there for a meeting. But will they fall for each other and follow destiny? Or will Fate have other ideas?

According to his parents, Jean is a moody, rebellious teenager. Being the oldest of four kids, he thinks that he has the right to be, and the fact that his parents are making him go on a vacation that he doesn't want to go on does not help matters. But when he is there, he meets Marco, a sweet kid with freckles everywhere. Jean soon discovers that Marco has suffered from a stroke, but despite the effects, he doesn't let them control his life. Though things seem normal, something weird is going on at the resort. Something that could put Jean and everybody he loves in danger.

After Marco's death Jean goes to his grave every few days, than one day Jean meets a little guy who makes a small gesture which changes Jean's life
