This is a story that is about what I think would have happened if Blink never came through her portal at the end of the show. There are new characters, interesting storylines, and many character arcs. After everything, the Mutant Underground has been through somehow it is still up and running. Andy and Lauren are struggling to deal with everything that has happened. Their powers keep malfunctioning. Lorna's stressed, how does someone put a nationwide group back together? Mia and Josh got found out by Sentinel Services. They were found by the Mutant Underground only by chance. Esme is trying to be good, making friends, helping out, but is it enough? New challenges are faced every day. The Inner Circle is still up and running and they are trying to take the underground down in new ways all the time. The Purifiers are still attacking mutants at an increasing rate. Sentinel Services was hunting Mutants and they were getting closer and closer to the Underground. This takes place shortly after Avengers: Age Of Ultron Nick Fury tasked The Avengers with finding and shutting down the Mutant Underground, but first they need to apprehend an escaped mutant, named Clarice Fong. Pietro is alive (SUE ME) some characters are gonna be younger/ older than they are in the movies/ tv show, ages will be revealed and Thunderblink is not a pairing. The relationship between Clarice and John will be a father daughter. You like Thunderblink my stories are probably not for you.

Lauren and her twin sister Abby get their powers during the same near car crash, While Lauren's powers were easy enough to hide Abby's powers of telepathy and telekinesis made it hard for her to hide so she ran away to find others to help her learn to control her powers, enviably finding the Mutant underground and joining their fight. Then three years later her brother Andy nearly demolishes the school and she is forced to face the family she left clashing with the family she's made.

If only she hadn't tried to protect her mother, if she didn't she probably wouldn't be in this mess.

Alone and on the run Alexa struggles to not only protect herself but her 5 year old son and 13 and 11 year old nieces. Alexa turns to the one group she knows can help her and her family. Alexa continues to search for a way to find the missing xmen and more importantly her sister Lucy and her brother in law Alex (Lucy's husband). She is a mutant and she is proud.

Five year old Abbey is discovered by John after she freezes time to allow Lorna to get away from the police when they are helping Clarice (season 1, episode 1). John takes her in and cares for her.
