(I don't know myself) This is my first ever fic so constructive feedback is encouraged with open arms. Any requests for specific scenes or POV's will also be gladly received. It's been six years since the war. After the victory, Cal gave his brother a chance. A newblood whisper had erased all Elara's doing and restored the old Maven. Cal was crowned king of norta , whilst his brother became king of the lakelands. The king of Irinia grew jealous of the Calore brothers victory as they now rule both the lakelands and norta together. King Evan of Irinia had sent an army to destroy the Calore's line. Fortunately they weren't hurt but Tauriel , Captain of the Scarlet Guard had sent 3 spys to gather info . But one of them had a relationship with the scarlet guard and both the calore brothers. Who is it? Lets find out! All credits go to Victoria Aveyard.

P.S sorry for the bad description, I only made it vague because I haven't completely decided the plot of the book. Hope you still like the story though :) All characters are Victoria Aveyard's. If he got caught, he couldn't even imagine the severity of the scolding his mother would lash out. He could always use the excuse that he was just visiting her to get her to further trust him. Except he wasn't so sure Elara would buy that. She wasn't an idiot, and had seen the way her son had been looking at the little lightning girl. He was falling for her, and everyone knew it."

A Mareven fanfiction, all the characters used in the text belong to Victoria Aveyard. After King Tiberias the sixth is murdered by a scarlet guard operative on the night of the sun shooting, rumours start to fly that Elara was behind the attack, to prove herself innocent she steps down from the throne allowing Cal and Evangeline to take the crown. During the coronation tour Cal, Evangeline and her family are involved in a scarlet guard bombing. With Cal and Evangeline assumed dead, Maven and Mare are left to to take the throne.

Die Spaltung der Häuser am Hof führt dann auch noch dazu, dass Haus Osanos sich ganz der Garde anschließt. Doch egal wie oft Kendra ihre Treue beweist, Kilorn will ihr einfach nicht trauen oder gar sehen, was sie für ihn empfindet. Denn es gibt immer nur Mare. Außerdem ist er der Überzeugung, alle Silbernen wären Monster und lässt Kendra einfach keine Chance, sich zu beweisen. Ein erschütterndes Ereignis jedoch bringt ihn dazu, seine Einstellung in Frage zu stellen.
