Maria makes lists. Things that make her anxious. Eventually, things that make her feel safe.

*trigger warning* death, gore, stuff like that. Alex has been having really bad nightmare's for a while now. They're so bad he's scared to go to sleep sometimes. One night he wakes up crying because the dreams have gotten that bad. Eliza points out a scar on his cheek that wasn't there before he went to sleep. That is the moment Alex realizes that whatever happens in his nightmares, will happen to him in real life as well. After a really long time of trying to stay awake, he falls asleep again anyway. When he finds himself in that place again, he runs into John. Alex realizes that some of his other friends might be there as well. And if they get hurt here, they might get hurt in the real world too. He can't let this happen, but he also can't protect everyone..
